Pumpkin Preparation time....will be plenty of Sourdough Pumpkin Loaves on Saturday....first is the roasting with a touch of cinnamon and salt and then its 24 hours in the dough to rest and 4 hours to form up as a loaf before its baked....lots of flavour..
